The Root Rack LLC is a Kentucky-based company that sells wildcrafted Appalachian botanicals and operates a monthly subscription box service called "Root Stories." We connect Appalachian harvesters with buyers seeking authentic, traceable roots.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Services

Root Stories Subscription Box

• Monthly subscription at the current advertised price
• Subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• Box contents vary by season and availability
• We reserve the right to substitute equivalent roots based on availability

Wholesale Orders

• Wholesale pricing and terms are provided on a per-inquiry basis
• Custom orders are subject to seasonal availability
• Minimum order quantities may apply

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
• Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout

6. Cancellation

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through Stripe
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
