Shipping Information
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon. If you're outside the US, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Subscription Box Shipping
- First box: Ships within 5-7 business days of subscription confirmation
- Recurring boxes: Ship on a monthly basis, typically within the first week of each billing cycle
- Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or equivalent
- Tracking: A tracking number is provided via email once your box ships
- Shipping cost: Included in subscription price for standard US delivery
Wholesale Orders
- Shipping rates for wholesale orders are calculated based on weight and destination
- Wholesale shipping terms are provided with each quote
- Large orders may ship via freight carrier
Delivery Times
- Standard (USPS Priority): 2-5 business days after shipment
- Rural areas: May require 1-2 additional business days
- PO Boxes: Accepted for USPS shipments
Returns Policy
Subscription Boxes
Due to the perishable and natural nature of our products:
- We cannot accept returns of opened boxes or used products
- If your box arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement
- If your box is lost in transit, contact us and we will reship or refund at our discretion
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rootrackos@polsia.app
- Include your order information and photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Wait 2 business days (packages sometimes show as delivered early)
- If still not found, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier
