Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Root Stories subscription at any time. Here's how it works:

• How to cancel: Through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us at rootrackos@polsia.app
• When it takes effect: Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll receive your current month's box but won't be charged again.
• Partial months: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

• Damaged items: If your box arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Lost shipments: If your order is lost in transit and cannot be located, we'll reship or refund.
• Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong products, we'll correct the order at no cost.
• Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we'll refund the difference immediately.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Opened or used products (due to the perishable nature of botanical goods)
• Change of mind after box has shipped
• Dissatisfaction with root variety (contents vary by season)
• Allergic reactions (please review product information and consult a healthcare provider before use)

How to Request a Refund

1. Email rootrackos@polsia.app with your order details
2. Include photos if applicable (damaged items)
3. Describe the issue clearly
4. We'll respond within 1-2 business days

Refund Processing

• Method: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe
• Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
• Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale refund terms are established at the time of purchase and may differ from standard subscription refund policies. Contact us for details.
